This past weekend, I hit up my friendly neighborhood Banana Republic for the first time in months (what can I say, I'm easily wooed by a sale!), and was surprised to see plenty of on-trend summer accessories in place of their usual business-casual fare. The most enchanting? A series of stone-embellished clutches and bags, fit for summer fetes and upscale barbeque gatherings. Sure, I've seen my share of sequins and rhinestone-encrusted accessories (in fact, I own quite a few myself), but pebbles as bedazzlement? Genius! What the perfect, day-appropriate answer to all the in-your-face glitz and glam of last season's accessories. As a result, I was inspired to round up a series of other sorts of stone-embellished summer baubles, from bags to bangles! The effect is earthy, laid-back, and feminine, but still impeccably styled, giving you the ability to dress up a casual tee or amp up a maxidress from casual to stellar!
