I've been blog-neglectful lately haven't I? I haven't stopped by to show you some pretty pictures, or cool DIY's. For this I am sorry.
The last couple of weeks have been pretty nuts for me.
Apart from loving parties, planning and all things pretty, I set up Luminoso Blu as a business, so I could work at something that I love, and work from home. This would allow me to spend more time with my beautiful boy (speaking of which... here's a bit of Christmas cheer. SOMEONE had the be the world's cutest baby afterall!).
Sadly, I am due to start back at my 'day job' in less than two months, so it's action stations here to start getting some paying customers in the door (so to speak) So if you know anyone, who knows anyone... you know the drill.
Also, I have been investigating adding wedding planning to my services. This would be a big step for me because weddings are like the event 'nirvana'. So much money, stress and passion being pored into one day. They hold such potential for fabulousness but also for disaster. I am incredibly keen but also nervous. I will keep you posted on how that goes.
But for now, how about some pretties that I've stumbled on lately?

I ♥ paper.
Paper of almost any kind, colour, size and shape. But these wrappings are just beyond divine.
...and looking so pretty styled as 'snowflakes'. More at the Love Mae Store.
Chalkboards are everywhere at the moment as very versatile and quirky ways to... well, to do lots of things. Check out the super easy DIY from Sandra Downie's gorgeous blog The White Library.
Actually, make yourself a cup of tea and spend time loitering on Sandra's blog. It is spectacular. I LOVE those candy cane spirals...
Well that's it for now. I am working on a mega Christmas post for next week with reams of photo's of amazing Christmas tables from around the world. Till then...
