It's Sunday and I have a pile of work tasks to get through before the sun falls from the sky. But, as usual, the procrastinator in me is pushing for some attention. And who am I to say no to a delicious coffee in sun, hot chip sandwiches on the back deck (spring is here!) and making a batch of mouth-watering lavender lemonade. The later is not something I have done before, hell i hadn't even heard of it until it appeared on one of my daily reads. I changed a few little bits here and there but the result was still amazing. They say simple things often bring the most pleasure, and this little recipe sure did brighten my day... Now back to work. x

3 1/2 cups of water
½ cup of lemon juice
