The Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummond is one of my absolute favourite Bloggers. She cooks, she photograps, she home schools her kids, she lives in the middle of nowhere and of course, she blogs. The recipe of Strawberry Shortcake Cake is one of the tastiest recipes that I have tried in the last twelve months, and it is one that I have made again a couple of times.
