Surely you’ve heard the term ‘beauty sleep’. Apparently, leaving enough time for sleep is a powerful way to look pretty without makeup on the face.

A study in Sweden, surveyed 23 correspondents with the age of 18-31. The survey was conducted by correspondent memoto after sleeping for 8 hours and after sleeping for 5 hours.

The result, after sleeping for 5 hours they look unwell, tired, and no more attractive than after a long sleep.

This study proved that lack of sleep affects a physical change, one of which is reflected from the face. Try the mirror after waking in the night. Definitely will appear dark circles under the eyes and skin look pale.

So, instead of using heavy makeup to cover your pale skin, try to sleep enough to get a face that shines in the morning.
