I normally don't think of fine jewelry items as being the most eco-friendly things in the world, but I found a place that sells the most beautiful gold and silver jewelry, all with green ethics in mind. Nashelle Designs has designed this wonderful cocktail ring for Nimli, using a giant smoky quartz stone and recycled precious metals.
This ring is absolutely stunning, and although I normally am not a fan of gold tones, I went for the gold in this case simply because it looks so amazing with the smoky quartz. From looking at the ring, you would never guess that it was made from recycled materials, and the fact that it is handmade and fairly traded is a wonderful additional bonus. Nimbly also has a fine selection of other jewelry, all of which falls under the category of eco-friendly, and all of which also falls under the category of gorgeous.
