I had the opportunity to try out the new Freschetta FlatBread pizza and it was absolutely delicious! This pizza would be perfect for your next date night with your honey. Just pop in a movie, make a pizza, and relax on the couch.
The new pizza has multiple varieties including traditional cheese and pepperoni, as well as new flavors like Zesty Italian and Roasted Garlic and Spinach.
My husband and I both love Italian food, so we really wanted to try the Zesty Italian. This pizza has a zesty marinara sauce topped with asiago and mozarella cheese and pepperoni, sausage, and salami. We popped the pizza in the oven and turned on the Orlando Magic game.
The pizza took less than 10 minutes to cook because of it being so thin. The crust crisped up really well and all the cheese melted and got all ooey gooey. I was a little worried about the word zesty in the title (I'm not really a fan of spicy foods), but he sauce has just the right amount of kick. It just kind of warmed you. The meat was very moist and had delicious flavor.
My husband and I each ate half the pizza and were wanting more afterwards! It was so delicious. Since the crust was so thin though, you'll need the whole pizza for someone with a big appetite!
For your next date night, I highly recommend grabbing a Freschetta Flatbread pizza and trying it for yourself. I highly recommend it and know we would definitely buy it again.
